WORKS lug nuts
Over the years we've enjoyed the lightweight aspect of several different brands, but have been turned off when they don't last very long, required special tools or the special tool fails with repeated use. These were designed with track use in mind first, but also work for daily driving street cars. We have been selling them for over 6 years and have been used on countless street, track and race cars (such as USTCC racecars). Billet machined from very durable 7075 Aircraft Aluminum that will not gall or bind like other unknown materials most lug nuts are made of. Then they go through a bead blasting and Type III Hard Anodization process which gives them their satin black finish, corrosion resistance and long-term durability. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Kics Kyokugen chromoly open ended here. Been really good so far.I dont think I would ever use an aluminum nut unless its from a reputable manufacturer. Even then, they might last long, but they wont look too pretty after multiple abuse.

I just purchased Muteki 32905B SR Series Black 12mm x 1.25mm SR48 Open End Lug Nut Set and ARP wheel studs. I got these because I broke a couple studs changing my wheels back and forth for autox.
Will these lugs work on my stock wheels as well? If not, what are some open end lugs that will work on the stock wheels?

SR48's are fine on stock wheels, I run them all winter for my snows.

Cheap gorilla steel open ended nuts on ARP studs, They can take a beating and work well for us doing quick tire changes in pit stops.

Not really. They have a tiny bit of surface rust on the outer surface, but nothing on the threads.

taiwan brand aluminum lugs, so far so good on both my BRZ and s2000 race cars, I am surprised, I guess torque setting is important.
