Uneven rear camber after lowering springs

So I installed hotchkis lowering springs last weekend. This weekend I went into Firestone and bought a lifetime alignment. The car has pretty even camber in the front at -.4" and -.3" I plan to bring it back and have camber bolts installed. I got some SPC ones online.

The rear however is -2.4 left and -1.4 right.

What would cause this to happen? Any advice on a solution for the situation?

You can attempt to center the subframe using rigid collars, or shifting the subframe after loosening then retightening, but not much you can do besides using adjustable control arms. I've tried using the first 2 methods I mentioned to no avail. If you measure your ride heights, it too will be lop sided. I thought this would be less severe on newer models... apparently not. Yours sound to be really severe. My car is about .5 degrees off and sits about 5~8mm taller on the passenger side.

its like that from factory. Most aren't that different but mine was. You wont get too much from the subframe. Get some LCAs for adjusment and call it good.

A 12 mm camber bolt fits in the rear lower control arm inner bolt. You can get about half a degree plus or minus with them. That's what I used to fix my uneven camber.

Tightened what bolts? The suspension was handing freely up on jack stands when we tightened the center bolts and the bolts holding the top hat to the car

In the Hotchkis instructions, there are some bolts you don't full tighten until the car is back on the ground, and rolled fore/aft a little to settle the suspension.

^ That might be a contributing factor of your camber and ride height uneven-ness. If it was even before you installed then that's probably the cause. Couple of other things is stiction in the suspension if you really pinched those control arms back on by over torquing (although stock bushings aren't quite as smooth as rod-ends or ball bearings), or the springs themselves are uneven in height and spring rate left to right. It's pretty common with cheapo $50 ebay/china springs. I haven't installed hotchkis brand springs but I highly doubt this is the case.

Same thing happened when I installed the TRD lowering springs. I have -1.5 on the left and -2.6 on the right. I'm planing on getting the SPC lower control arms to adjust it.

Where were the camber specs at before changing out the springs?

Our cars don't have adjustable camber, so when we lower them they get out of wack.

Easiest solution is to add camber bolts to the front and lower control arms in the rear and then get another alignment.

A lot of our cars came from factory with uneven camber in the rear. When you lower your car, the difference is likely to become more apparent. Only way out is with adjustable lower control arms.
