Questions about modding the engine

I would build the transmission first, get a new AWD transmission and put it in before the power mods. AWD and some re-inforced Collars with all new clutch fluid should handle the turbo and exhaust mods.

Looking at his other threads, supposedly his automatic is "slipping" when it shifts, and it's not clear whether he ever fixed it. I'm sure a turbo would take care of that.

I'm pretty sure the slipping is from the transmission not being used to the fa20's slow engine. It needs a turbo to fix the issue.

Exactly, normally people who don't know what the hell they want to build have modest power goal, or they are completely disconnected with reality, I assume the OP falls in category 1 but I may be wrong, he may be in category

I disagree.
Normally people that don't know what they want to build have massive power goals. That is because they have a bunch of yahoos at school/work/car club/internet telling them what they should have. The trend nowadays is to believe the higher the numbers the better the car.

Over a 1,000hp and torque to the sky. Must be fast!
