Damn straight. I'm not going to trade my car in, but if I didn't have a FR-S already I would be on my way to the dealer right now. I want to high-five whoever made my daydream about the best Crosstrek color on the FR-S a reality. Would have expected to see it as a BRZ, though!

My belief is that it is stage one in moving the car into a wider market and appealing to a different demographic than the previous special versions. This is stage one in the changes to make the car more appealing to a wider audience and once they head down that road then things can go bad in a hurry. Hang onto your first gen models boys 'cuz it looks like the road ahead is going to get bumpy.

Hahaha yeah never happening because (1) it would be at least 40k easy and (2) TRD Japan is a separate entity from TRD and Toyota USA. We haven't received any of the TRD Japan parts because scion doesn't have authorized access to have them. All the TRD parts on the RS1.0 have been TRD USA rebadge parts from local aftermarket companies like AEM.

Online photos of the car make me iffy about this special edition. I was hoping Scion could've done something better about the car but I guess not. I would have to give this an up close look in person to see how I really feel about it.
