I measured this one at 80mm, it's definitely more than 5mm difference from stock.

Yes it will. About 5 psi more worth.

However I'm not sure what our 99RON fuel in the UK equates to for octane rating in The States?

Ballpark it's about 94 octane US, so pretty good.
