Fitment with -2 Camber and 1" Drop 18x9.5?
Morning All,
Please forgive me.. I've done plenty of searching but am still not confident in wheel/tire fitment and would rather ask than make a mistake: I'm looking into Ambit RE02 18x9.5 (+38) or 17x9 (+38) wheels. I'm running -2 camber in both front and rear, with a 1" drop on lowering springs. Should I expect any issues with fitment? Searching seems to suggest that -2 camber will help clear these things... but I'm just having trouble finding my exact setup. ![]() Thanks in advance!

depending on tire size, you might rub a little bit against the spring or spring perch.

What tire size would you recommend if going with 17x9? 245/40/17? Thanks! |

im basing my answers on my old setup when i had 17x9 +38 with 245/40/17 and lowered 1" on springs with -1.5deg camber (camber bolts). with this setup i had zero rub, but i still only had a like 4-5mm space between my tire and the oem spring perch. if you can squeeze out -2deg camber, you should still be clear but itll just be even closer.
