Very wet sessions today in Grand Bend.
Managed to beat Team Scion Racing by 2 spots in Time Attack! Got 3rd place behind the #99 Subaru STi, with the Camaro SS ripping off a great lap to pip us all. Right after lunch we have 2 back-to-back autocross sessions, with hopefully a bracket drag racing session if the track can dry out later. ![]() Sent from my SM-N920W8 using Tapatalk |

Day 6 results
Here's the video of my Time Attack run from this morning.
Could've trimmed off at least another half second, but they reduced the # of sessions from 3 down to 2 to get them done for lunch. I had a very fun 1st lap, trying to test grip levels, check out the vid. Fastest lap was on the 3rd and final lap, 68.085 secs. Got 3rd place! [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdSMpvhaxLs&"]Time Attack Session 2 at Grand Bend with Andre - YouTube[/ame] Also 2 third place finishes in autocross today. Solidly in 2nd overall. Looking to have a great final day tomorrow with only 2 events left:

Amazing. Some would say you brought a knife to a gun fight and you still kicked a$$. This 2nd place is 99% driver(s) skill, 1% car. Very impressive!

Great job guys!
Very impressive result considering the hardware the other teams were packing. Skill and consistency counts! |

- custom rear diffuser (ver.2 coming soon) - front carbon lip - ride height adjusted to only 1" lower max to not disturb geometry - Apexi dampers worked better than expected really, but higher end coilovers are on the list - street/track alignment - rear subframe and diff insert bushings - we were unable to use E85 fuel due to the Ontario1500 rules even though we were grouped with 300-500+ hp cars - seat time, seat time, seat time. Repeat as necessary.... |

2 tenth of a sec behind Scion Racing?
Common!? Who are you kidding here? Good driver + best suspension setup + best exhaust setup + best tires - rear wing - forced induction does not equal 2 tenth of a sec behind a well setup FI scion racing speed academy car driven by Pete and Dave. When SA dynoed their car it made 263whp 203 torque; 2 tenth of a sec against those kind of numbers is unbelievable. SA Scion Racing also has good suspension setup, good after market exhaust and good aerodynamic add-ons. Although Dave and Pete are not world class drivers but they in my humble opinion good drivers, would no just be ahead by 2 tenth of a sec against an NA frs. Again, are you kidding me?
If you are that good of a driver you shouldn't be driving against non-pro drivers. You should be driving with F1 drivers instead. But I bet instead you guys did something else with the "stock" NA engine. I bet you modified the engine with Bigger valves, port and polished heads, higher compression pistons, lighter forged rods, lighter crank pulley and flywheels. Also race gas within 1500 km between race tracks. If everything I say is not true then I apologized in advance. I am just very skeptical that a NA "stock" FA motor will only be 2 tenth of a sec behind a FI non-modified FA20 engine with 263whp / 203 torque. No matter how good of a driver you are, it is just unbelievable for a "stock" NA FA20 equipped frs/brz/gt86 will be just 2 tenth of a second behind another frs that is FI with 263 whp/203 torque.
