If cost is not an option and in your climate definitely get both an intercooler and oil cooler, even at 5psi.

I think Jackson Racing is the one you might want to be going. So far I've heard nothing but good things about it.

You can't go wrong with either. With your friends current set up, they'd both be fine. But they are different types. Cosworth is a PD and JR is a centrifugal. But JR has a lot of good reviews. I have a Cosworth so... I'm a little biased haha.

Cosworth need no oil and it looks more beautiful to me.
PD are good on low to mid on paper and for 270bhp i guess low should be fine .
Cosworth use eaton , we know eaton is a good company , overally cosworth has more stars on paper but in real world we should hear customers experience.

Technically is does use oil. Cosworth just claims you don't need to change it for some 50,000 miles. But compared to others, it doesn't use as much. HOWEVER, because it uses an A2W intercooler, you do have to keep tabs on the coolant reservoir. It uses a mixture of 25/75% antifreeze/ water.

It has positive reviews in this club and i try to find most reliable kit because we do not need extra power at 270bhp

Also, I've only had a few issues, which are mentioned in my build thread. But nothing catastrophic.... yet. Also, I'm running of Cosworth's base 2.3 tune. For you, you'd need a custom tune.

But the thing is with the jackson racing is that they do offer a higher boost pulley just in case in the future you want to run more boost.

Did you had any problem before and after installing cosworth?
Did it had clean fitness?

Yes , we should use E85 custom tube by our tuner Mike (moto-east) with 5psi

Sometime we think 270bhp is ok and no need to increase it but in future we go to change the boost. I'm not sure about future but i guess my friend stop it.

Everything fits great. The issues were with the tune. Like the cruise control causing a CEL because of some wire possibly being pinched. The other was something about running lean, but I think that's because I didn't tighten the charge pipe clamps good enough when I changed the air filter.

Oh, yeah the smaller pulley with the JR kit is a nice upgrade option. And with your set up, plus E85 and a smaller pulley you should easily get passed 270 hp. Not sure if you mean at the wheels or at the crank. Either way, it should do just that.
