$1K deposit has been dropped. Frozen White, RS2, forged wheels. At MSRP, couldn't get an awesome deal like I did on the BRZ I bet no free cases of beer either like the BRZ came with

The Fiesta ST is a BLAST compared to the Focus ST though!

I haven't driven the Fiesta ST, but I have driven the Focus ST. I was terribly disappointed. Looks like the RS is a whole other deal, though.

Yeah I'm also not a huge fan of the Focus ST.


Hoping the sorta-AWD system of the RS will fix a lot of what I didn't like about the ST.

You can find them at MSRP. I had to call a few dealers but had one at MSRP within about 30 minutes of calling dealers.

Yeah, except that some Ford Engineers have stated that the clutchpacks spec'd for the PTU will only transfer about OEM torque levels, anything past that will just result in slip and would therefore go to the front wheels. It's a FWD based car so that makes sense. The bad part of that is that it means if you bring it up to say, 450hp, all of that extra torque gets routed through the front and will likely make it an understeering pig without suspension tuning and a lot better throttle modulation.

Then all you need are coilovers, oil cooling, fluids, pads, bushings, camber adjustment, CAI, exhaust, wheels, tires, a header, CAI, bushings for the drivetrain, bushings for the suspension, and a bigger radiator. Sweet!
