Angry FR-S hits a Charger and runs

Saw this posted on Reddit. Charger gets side swiped by a black BRZ and flees.

That Charger sped up to trap the other car. Not saying passing on the inside is right. Just saying.

Good catch, lame thing to do. Would've been tight either way!

Not if he would have braked instead of speeding up!

People seem to forget that road driving is not about egos, who is right and who is wrong, who is the fastest - it is about risk management.

dunno if he fled.. wish more people who got in accidents on the highway would pull over to the shoulder or next available offramp instead of blocking traffic for everyone else. they probably also hit that civic

I'll never understand how people run into other cars on the highway...everyone is going the same damn direction.

Then again I'm one of those people who doesn't tailgate, which will piss people behind you off since they really need to get 15 yards closer to their destination RIGHT NOW.

This is what happens when two assholes meet on a highway.

I don't think the Charger sped up to trap the other guy I think he was giving it a little kick to get out ahead and then out of the way. I know I won't jump on the brakes to move to the middle lane and tuck in behind a slower car if I'm otherwise passing the cars in the middle lane to let a faster car go by.

I agree but it likely wouldn't have been much clearance if any even if he didn't. The FR-S was clearly weaving in and out and that was a dumb pass attempt to make.

Not that quickly they wouldn't. The chances of that charger making it off are very unlikely. He would have slowed and pulled to the shoulder of the interstate not darted off the road like that. He ran, that's pretty obvious.
