There are often Formula M cars at Midvaal.
They're really quick and sound amazing too ![]() [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sM2jvMk4gIE"]Midvaal Snippet 13-04-2014 - YouTube[/ame] But nothing beats the sound of a big V8 (Lola T70) It's awesome being on track and mixing it with cars like that. Thanks. I tried to improve on that in my last session, and really gave it horns but no luck. I got 3 laps in the low 2m20's but couldn't quite cut the cake. I was tired and maybe that affected it - anyway, something to attract me back there next time.
I noticed you doing some seriously quick laps too. Were you timing?

I was doing low 2:31's. I was unable to go lower than that. I think I was trying too hard in the corners and I'd start under-steering and lost time. I'm still running stock tires, I quite like them since they can take so much punishment, so I guess I could improve by changing tires.
