The wideband afr signal is still weird but it may be a logging error with oft.

I would clear the error code ad do some more driving and see if it returns as that code may have triggered when old sensor was installed or prior to leak fix.

I probably should have asked if you had reset ecu and how much driving you have done.

but it looking much better now, hopefully after you clear that code it will be good
I have been clearing the codes every time it pops up in the OFT. (No CEL in car though). Still the same codes, mostly P0171 and P2097. I have not reset the ecu at all and I have driven almost 2 full tank of gas already. I was also on limp mode for a bit this afternoon on the highway. So there should be something wrong still no?

Alright. I'm gonna take it to the shop next Friday. Can't do it on the week. So, now I have to wait another week to get it fixed.

Update:

Front o2 sensor is seriously damaged.
Need to replace it.
Was forced in.
And the sensor was literally black because it was running too rich.

Not going to lie. Nextmod mississauga has screwed me with both sensors. Never going back there.

Good luck. Hopefully new sensors will finally take care of all your issues, and you can finally enjoy your header.

They should be paying the cost of getting the sensors replaced.

Thanks. Tomorrow, I'll be picking up the primary (front) o2 sensor.
I will hope that it solves everything!

They should, but they said no. It's not their fault they said. So I'm not gonna bother and argue. So I'll take the hit and take my business some where else. He said bring the o2 sensor tomorrow and he'll install it free of charge. I said yea right. I wouldn't want them to install it since they screwed up the first time.
I'm taking my car to touge tuning. Chris was so helpful and gave me advices. He also ordered a front o2 sensor for me already in Brampton Subaru without telling me. When I called Subaru, the guy said, yea Chris already called and ordered it for you. I was like Whoah. Sick!

Wow. Next mod is a bunch of fuck boys obviously. If I were you, I'd be posting this thread everywhere that mentions nextmod. Are they a vendor on here?

No. I don't think so. I mean I thought they would know their stuff. But dang, they just half ass my car. Which literally gave me headaches. It's done. I'm not going to bother with them anymore. I learned my lesson.
Thanks for everyone who helped and gave me the advice. I will for sure update you guys tomorrow if the problem has been 100% solved.

Touge tuning is a way better option than nextmod, plus Chris is great to deal with.

Thats pretty bad that a tuning shop forced in both o2 sensors and damaged them, you would think they should know better and should have cleaned up the header threads. Your not alone another guy i help the shop did not plug in either of the o2 sensors to wiring harness, then told him the codes were due to not being tuned , but he was, it was just sensors not plugged in, car ran in limp mode.
Another shop put o2 spacer in front o2 sensor, complete wombats.
