HKS Coilover adjustment direction?

Does anyone still have there instructions from a set of HKS coilovers? I cant seem to find mine and want to know which way does what on the front adjusters. I talking the harder/softer knob on the bottom of the fronts.

Never mind, just found them. All in Japanese, guess I'll go with trial and error.

if you imagine your preception as being on your back under the coilover, clockwise is more damping
