SoCal Canyon Run Thread

I haven't lived in the area too long but does GMR usually close on holiday weekends? Stopped by just 5 mins earlier and the road was closed

It's almost always closed on 3 day weekends.

No need to be aggressive/angry out on public roads guys, I would rather not have that associated with my car and me when I'm out enjoying a nice drive in the canyons...
I usually drive behind them until a turnout or passing lane too. If they don't pull over, I overtake them in the straights when there's nobody around.

I used to stay in the turnout for awhile, but that doesn't help much since I would catch up to the same car very soon.

But yeah, I never get angry at people who are driving slow in the canyon. It's understandable.

I was in Mammoth from Thursday to Monday, but my run group did a canyon run everyday for the entire weekend, so it could have been my group. haha

Come out to our runs sometimes, dude!

I understand they are driving with caution but it's not hard to pullover at a turnout to let those behind you pass. I don't understand why slower drivers don't pull over. It's not hard
