I was a little skeptical in buying an $800 set of coils but i'm glad I bought these.

Mike has been a super helpful in answering any questions that i've had so if there's any doubts about this suspension, talk to him and trust me when i say that you'll feel much more at ease about them. I bought them and have no regrets so far. but then again i've only been on them for 2 weeks so maybe check back with me after 10K miles or so lol
Nothing but good initial experiences so far. Thanks for the input.

If you told me 12 months ago, or even 2 years ago I'd be comfortable recommending a sub $1k suspension, I'd have laughed in your faces....

Was on the verge of buying some Konis with my sportline springs, but these are appealing to me- can anyone comment on quality of the dampers between these flex z's and Koni yellows?

In all honesty, you could probably just slap the damn things on and go. Then adjust from there.

I had to jack the car up and take the wheel off to adjust them once they were on the car. All you do is loosen the collar on the very bottom and grab the whole thing and turn, righty to drop, lefty to raise. Make sure you measure, I just measured the space between collars to match left to right. I did the rears first, then dropped the car. Measure from the center of the wheel to top of the fender arch then dropped the front to match.

Preload should be set just fine from the factory.

I could this too but i'm trying to save sometime if someone already dropped near 1.2 inch with stock wheel. then i can use his measurement. i guess i will just have to spend a day and have fun with it when time permits

Will need rear LCA's to fix camber, camber bolts may also work depending on how low the car is.

How much adjustment will camber bolts make in the rear? Do they go in the hub to LCA position? I have .7 degree difference from side to side in the rear. Would this be better than using SPC LCA?

In the rear? LCA is the proper way to do it.

Camber bolts only work for the front struts. For the rear, you'll need a LCA to properly adjust camber.

I agree LCA's are the broader solution for people who want a lot of adjustability - but technically there are camber bolts for the rear.

I actually use H&R camber bolts with the stock LCA's with about .5 degrees of adjustability. Not a lot but enough to dial out some of the negative rear camber from the sportline springs I'm on.

BTW Mike, would you have any experience to comment on my question a few posts up? I.E. debating the Koni Yellow/springs vs Flex Z route, if you have experience with both how'd you rate the dampers between the two? Teins on par? Thanks

The Flex Z is generally superior out of the box. The Konis can be made superior with an experienced shop designing a custom valving for you, but at that point, you're spending far, far more for the Konis. Unless you're restricted to the Konis due to competition rules, that's not a very cost effective route to go.

@CSG Mike are there any plans for custom valved inserts from you guys? if so any chance of having higher spring rates as well?
