Yes, they changed throw-out bearing, clutch fork, pressure plate, and even the bushing & the clip of the clutch pedal inside of the cabin. The noise is still there and this is the 4th week they're working on this issue. Mine must be different from everyone else's. At least, they're really helpful and I can trust them that they're doing everything they can do. It just sucks that I'm stuck with driving CVT for this long... My left leg is getting out of shape.

So I'm out $1080 after finally picking my car up after 2 weeks. Toyota covered the parts, as they should. they did not, however, cover the labor. $1080 for a fkn clutch job to replace parts that were damaged due to a defective part... SMH what a fuking ripoff.

They haven't heard the last of me, I'll say that much.

WTF? Either it's a warranty job or it isn't. Somebody explain this to me, please.

So here are my receipts:

As Al Sharpton, or Jesse Jackson might say: "If your service aint great, you got to litigate!"

I think we have the "lemon laws" in Cali and the members on this forum to back us up on this. They'll soon find out they've messed with the wrong mofo, I'll guarantee that.

Fixed the link. This part seems to be going out on a lot of people. I bet they'll release a TSB on it.

I sure hope it's a TSB they can GTFO with so called "abuse". Everyone is having this issue when we get up into the higher mileage.

Wow the work was done at a Toyota dealership and they are charging for labor on a warranty issue? That seems very very wrong like someone f'ed up the paper work. I hope you get that resolved...

Question, since I'm a noob.
I bought the car used from a Nissan dealership at 39k miles.
I'm sure that means no warranty, right?
Any recommendations to facing this problem?
Honestly the squeak sound itself doesn't bother me anymore, I'm just afraid of future problems due to it/the parts.

Hehe higher mileage you say? Mine started around the 17,000 mark... I've never taken mine to the track or done any kind of burnouts or drifting... Just daily driving. I hope they say something about it soon.
