Question OFT help - A02J calibration ID?

Hi,

I have a 2015 build 86 and today i married the OFT with the car and it shows up CAL ID A02J. When looking through the Off-the-shelf maps, i only found they have A00J and A01J files. Is there a solution to this?

Also at the meantime i tried to log my stock tune, everything seems in order except for IAM values. They are constantly 0 in all 3 logs, from home to the office, office to the gym and gym to home. Could it be the fuel here is so bad that IAM dropped down to 0 throughout the 12k kms i have put it through?

Much appreciated.
Thanks

It will be a logging issue with OFT.

if KC Learned logs ok you can derive IAM from that.

look at your log here

http://www.datazap.me/u/lemonzz/log-...zoom=1274-1474

look at the log at rpm =6800, load = 1.1, KC Learned = 2.34 or around that area.

then look at the Knock Correction Advance Max A table in your tune as below

look up the same rpm/load value you get 2.81

if IAM =1 and no FLKC knock then the value in the Knock correction table should match the KC Learned value

yours is less so IAM is not 1 or you have FLKC (fine learning knock control ) active which you have not logged

If we assume FLKC =0 then

IAM = (KC learned value - FLKC) / (Knock correction Max A Value) at the load rpm point

IAM = (2.34 -0) / 2.81

IAM = about 0.8

the ECU interpolates values between cells so this is only a rough guide and we dont know what FLKC is (which may not logg correctly either.)

Talk to the openflash guys about the logging they should be able to fix it up for you. email or call them.

I suspect the OFT guys will have to fix the logging ram addresses the tablet asks the ecu for for your rom type, once they have corrected that and you update your tablet should be ok, but they will need to fix problem first.
