Added K roms with load limits.
Ran formatter over all defs so they're comparable.
Renamed from RR_ to OFT_ so they can't get mixed up with Td-d / ecuflash defs.

@Wayno

Thanks man. My notebook decided to die on me the same day I finished editing my car's rom tables. I was lucky to have uploaded a copy of it to my OFT earlier that morning. Tried it out and the car is running great so far (advance timing B table is different from yours though).

Give me a couple of days to setup my new pc rig and I'll send you a copy if you're interested. (middle east AT BRZ).

I'll check the new stuff you posted then also. Thank you for all the hard work. Much appreciated.

v84 has closed loop fuel map following open loop.

This should do 2 things:
- Feel smoother at partial throttle when switching back and forth from CL to OL.
- Produce less knock when you're unfortunate enough to be in CL at high load and/or high rpm.

v80 (In this example AFR drops from 14 in CL to 12.8 in OL):
http://datazap.me/u/wayne/v74-9-lake...zoom=1058-1103
And 14 to 12.5 in turn 6 of QR:
http://datazap.me/u/wayne/v72-1-qr?l...5456&mark=5250

v84 (AFR stays consistent between CL and OL):
http://datazap.me/u/wayne/v83-2-hill...zoom=5454-5539
http://datazap.me/u/wayne/v84-1?log=...zoom=2334-2424

Also, 0.8g/rev has more fuel, which helps you stay in the CL longer, makes the transition to OL smoother and helps the knock in that column (E85 only).

Hey @Wayno, quick question:

For someone with a stock A/T '15 FR-S, with a TRD exhaust, which tune should I use for 91 Octane? The one from
WW 2015-08-11 OFT Defs.zip?

Those are the definition files (xml) used to edit the tune or ROM files (.bin or .hex)

You need to download the OFT tune pack from the oft website V2.06x tunes.

you need to find the tune (rom file .bin extension) that matches your stock rom calibration id likely D00D if your a 2015 auto from usa. Then run the Stage 1 91 octane version.

You would need to edit this tune by comparing the changes in waynos rom then transfer the changes to you tune rom. As wayno only has roms for Australian/European cars ie G series and I series

suggest you read the oft tips link and romraider tips links below.

You should also look into the modified tables for 91 Cali fuel (it's somewhere)

Dont ever turn off cel codes when you dont know what the issue is. Those codes are their to warn you of serious problems

You likely have an intake leak or an exhaust leak , 02 sensor or maf problem etc

have a look at your long term fuel trims and your "commanded afr" against AFR (measured by 02 sensor)

That code means their is a large imbalance between what the AFR the ECU is asking for and what the 02 sensor reading is.

If your getting knock as well its likely running way lean.

as wayno said it likely a hardware issue highly unlikely to be tune related unless you missed/altered some tables like Port injector scaling or Direct Injector fuel pressure target tables or your running a petrol tune on E85
Thank you and Wayno for the troubleshooting help. I re-tightened my header/exhaust/intake and cleaned my MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner. From my logs, I am still getting rare knock correction of 1.4 degrees around 3.5K RPM (Oil temp was around 215-220 if it matters).

I think the only possible issue left to fix is the o2 sensors and an AFR imbalance resulting from that (no wideband sensor currently). I'm also guessing the Bank1 AFR imbalance code is probably pointing in that direction. I'm getting 20%+ LTFT while cruising that drops to almost nothing on WOT, so I know that's a "problem" signal. Does this sounds like a bad o2 sensor to you, and if so, which one and suggested parts suppliers?

Please check out my latest datalogs and send some diagnostic help my way!

Your LTFT is fucked everywhere including at idle, so still hardware problem, or you've edited something wrong. Flash OTS tune and check for vacuum and exhaust leaks. And post in the forums, not just in this one thread. We're not mechanics. You have to fix the car, it's nothing to do with these tunes.

Mate i dont think its a crook 02 sensor the afr looks ok and its following commanded afr reasnobly well.

The knock is very minor 0.65 max iam is one.

But you have massive fuel trims average about 20%.

are you on stock intake
are you actually running an e85 tune as trims are +20 which would indicate the the ecu is adding 20% extra fueling to get the afr correct.

check your GDI pressure multiplier table and BRZ injector scale table against an E85 tune make sure values are same as a standard oft E85 tune.

also check you maf scale values but they would have to be out 20 to 30 %.

something is wrong somewhere.

I'm finding this E85 tune to be far less predictable than OTS when naively MAF scaling Perrin's CAI. It runs super lean down low without increasing load limits. Be careful, anyone with aftermarket intakes.

I'm a noob, any help would be appreciated!

Ok the tables are their its just that the standard oft defs for the A01I roms dont have those tables addressed.

go back to the first post and grab wayno's modified def for A01I roms and those load limit tables will appear :-)
