Alright everyone, I know have @tyrantcf's ESC and OFT in my posession, so before I start doing the install tomorrow, do I need a special tune on the OFT if I'm just using the on/off pedal switch for now? Does the stage 1 tune work with the ESC? The only mods I have are a TRD Exhaust.

Congratulations! Don't use stg 1 tunes, they can't handle the pressure and timing changes. Download the OFT ESC tunes from the OFT website. Remember, you have to click on site map to find the current downloads. I'm still testing changes to the OFT map, but they work pretty good. I can't change them very much, before I've gone too far. I'm also adding @Wayno's additions to my tunes except for pressure and timing related tables.

Is the ESC getting power to the readout? Can he take a picture of the battery and ESC controller connections?

He's reconnected the foot switch and its fine. So it looks like voltage isn't coming out of the procede

Does he have the 4 wire foot switch? If so, he needs to connect the Procede black wire to the foot switch connector's red wire.

Also, if the RPM tap isn't working, it will show movement sideways, but not up and down, and the ESC won't boost. Does the Procede show RPM's moving up and down?

Yes to the four wire connector and yes to all the movement.

No dice still. That's why I decided to ask since it was unlike anything else I have helped with.

That's the one for the ESC + OFH, right? I don't have the header so I was wondering if I should go with that one or the Stage 1 tune. Thanks for the head's up!

I took the stage 2 91 Oct ESC tune, added @Wayno's additions, (except timing), massaged the AVCS normal and safe tables a bit, and called it good.

Also I just found out last night when I read the ECU and such that my CAL ID is D00D. Hope that doesn't make it too much of a pain to get a version of your a/t tunes for the OFT and Procede?

Technically, I have a three wire connector. Wires are black, red and orange.

Looks like I got a bad Procede unit. Yesterday I was getting data but no boost. Today the Procede won't even go online. Reaching out to the guys at Open Flash.

Sounds like you have some loose connections, unless you soldered them. You're sure the Procede black wire is connected to the ESC to foot switch connector red wire, right? If the Procede is unresponsive you may have a bad power or ground connection.
I used the included wiretaps, but first I stripped back the insulation, then I squirted some dielectric tune-up grease into the tap's metal bits to prevent oxidation ruining the connections. Then I crimped them down hard with pliers till they clicked.
