So have you gained 80 odd Hp from the WMI or would have the car had more potential with just a re tune before WMI ?

Also Toan how is progress going with a RHD version of this kit as Iam pretty keen to go flex fuel or WMI but WMI would most likely be better for me due to where I live.

I'm confused. The car was re-tuned for WMI. That's where the 80+ whp came from, the ability to increase boost and further optimize timing due to the WMI.

I may be wrong but have been led to believe that the gains were around 40 Hp for turbo applications so hence why I questioned what seems like a massive increase

The introduction of the WMI with 93 octane allow us to run more timing and more boost resulting in an increase of 80+whp.

Here's a dyno of a 411whp frs with our turbo system, header and wmi kit. This car originally made ~328whp with our turbo system, stock header and 93 octane, no WMI.

That's very impressive and a very substantial gain but you forgot to answer my question in my previous post of how/if/when the RHD version would be available as very keen on your kit for my Sprintex setup.

On our turbo cars running 10psi, we saw 20+whp at the same boost levels. This is mainly because the WMI makes it possible to achieve mbt timing at that boost level on pump gas alone. The WMI allows us to run another 4-6 degrees of timing without issue. As a matter of fact, not that you would EVER want to, but you could likely even exceed mbt timing by a few degrees at that power level without seeing any knock.

Anyone who has had significant seat time tuning with this platform knows how much of a PITA it can be to constantly work around the ECU's knock feedback under full load (I'm talking about actual engine knock too, not phantom knock issues). With our WMI system in place and running a 1000 jet and 50/50 mix, short of running ridiculously high boost levels, you can focus on tuning for mbt timing and your desired AFR's.

Also, aside from being able to run more timing at lower boost levels, the WMI allows you to run more boost and make a good deal more power than on pump gas alone.

So what would you estimate the gains would be with the intercooled Sprintex Sc that runs 12 psi ?

Can I place an order for a RHD kit or could you supply me a LHD kit and I'll modd it to fit ?

We haven't had the opportunity to tune the sprintex SC with WMI yet so it's hard to estimate.

The RHD tray's mounting points will be completely different than the LHD and will require a lot of modification to fit. We currently do not have plans to release a RHD kit due to the limited demand (we've had maybe 3 inquiries). If we can get at least 10 RHD customer to commit (make a deposit), we can get the first test piece made for one of the RHD customer to verify fitment. The 3D model for the RHD WMI kit is done but not in production yet. If we get enough interest, we can make it happen. If you know of other RHD customer interest in a RHD version, please let us know.

i currently think i do. do you have estimated gains with it? it's hard to commit to it without a good idea of the outcome.

also, i'm out of town a lot, so would be willing to leave my car for a while for testing it.
