That Mishimoto intake looks really good. Let us know if it affects performance!

Also where'd you get the inlet for the ducting? I'm thinking with the temps we see in Bako I might need to do the same.

Are you in an frs or brz? If an frs do you have fog lamps? If not then follow nlowell's instructions from a few back.

If you are in a brz the inlet is from Amazon.

FRS with no fog lamps - I'll go with nlowell's method then.
Thanks for clarifying

Mishimoto Intake with Phantom- Logs

http://www.datazap.me/u/sojhinn/mish...og=1&data=1-14

Here's the log for the mishimoto intake. Looks ok. Need to examine it closer.

Couple of things on this link there are three logs... Click on the left side above the chart to switch logs.

Log 1: Just random quick pulls.

Log 2: 3 or 4 Third gear pulls

Log 3: Normal drive to work.

@Shiv@Openflash

Mind taking a look?

Could an ESC theoretically be used to improve fuel economy or does charging the dump packs do the opposite?

no. The kit itself can only effect the engine by adding drag to the engine like you mentioned from charging the batteries, or by restricting intake flow, both theoretically will reduce mpg, but at such a small amount that no practical decrease has been observed. Also the increased airflow you get when the kit produces boost will demand for more fuel, and further lower mpg. The only way you may get better mpg is from a tune, (usually OFT) which some users have claimed has increased their "off boost" mpg, but the OFT or any tune are sold separately from the kit.

So it seems I will be getting a used ESC kit in the next few weeks. What's the best OFT and Procede maps for an A/T FR-S to go along with it?
