ECUTek tune with turbocharger

I am wondering if my current tune (Exhuast and Cold Air intake) will work with a new turbocharger tune that is provided by the manufacturer (AVO turbo).

Thank you.

Your turbo tune replaces your previous tune.

Yes, but I am wondering if the tune that it comes with will be fine with the Exhaust and Intake or will I need to have it retuned?

most turbo kits will require a different intake than an NA car. and a new intake will come in kit.

or will be tuned for the original intake maf housing or maf scaling to suit their specific intake/maf housing.

If you CAI changes the maf housing or location then you will need a re-tune.

Same for header most turbo kits including AVO will require you to use the header/manifold supplied in the turbo kit.

If your talking about the remainder of the exhaust after headers then it will generally be compatable.

check with kit supplier or tuner

To my knowledge the AVO turbo intake is kit specific and you can't use your original (or aftermarket) intake. That's the more important part, since it's determines MAF scaling. The exhaust will probably be fine, but of course datalog and see that all things are running as they should.
