Do you have spacers? Are those wheels the stock series.blue ones?

Stock suspension, stock series.blue wheels (same specs as normal), no spacers.

How does it feel?

I've got a series.blue and I am keeping stock wheels....my stock tires are worn down to like 3/32nds, I'm about to buy some RS3s for street/track.

I can decide on 215 or 225. Is it a big difference? It does add weight. It does had sidewall height which equals tire roll....I just cant decide if those cons outweigh the plus of looks and obviously more meat on the ground

Also can you please take a side shot of the car near ground level so I can see what it looks like please?

I say all this, but the RS3's are only 1lb more per tire (spec sheet) for 225 vs 215.......hmmmmmmm now I'm just concerned about tire roll

I obviously haven't tracked or anything yet. First impressions are the initial turn-in is a bit softer. Massive grip, but I'm not sure how much of that is the better rubber and how much is the width.

The sidewall is only ~4.4mm taller than stock. It's not a huge difference.

Wow, your car looks great! Maybe I should get those side skirts one of these days!

Thanks! The skirts look good but make jacking up the car a royal pain. I have to drive up on 2x4s to get it on a local shop's 2-post lift.

Are you using a low profile jack? You're running stock height right?

Stock ride height. The main problem is with this particular shop's lift. I can jack up the car just fine at home with a low profile, but tech days with the lift are a little more difficult. No matter how we position the arms, they end up pressing on and bending the sti skirts when the car's up. Everything goes back to where it was afterwards, but it's still scary seeing them all bent.

Yeah, but that only helps me get the arms under. The problem is the arms press on the skirts when the car is up on the lift. Only way to fix that would be to put pieces of wood on the lifting pads, and I'm not that brave/stupid.

Sorry, I didn't read your original post, that makes sense. They must have one of those really high lifts! Sounds scary, my skirts got messed up on my BMW from a lift like that, I think they were made out of a different material though.
