I'm not sure why you would've said you did not increase timing at WOT when you did (from what I can see on the UEL E85 tune)

Thanks
It's not exactly more timing, it's just smoothed to have the same curve as the 1.2 g/rev load column. You'll only be in those cells under certain conditions on AT, and never on most MT's - which is what the tune was created on.

0.35 timing removed at 4400 in v80.

OFT noob here, so I just copy your 98 Ron maps to my OFT stage 1 91 tune? I didn't see a 91 map in the files haha

Hi Wayno,

I was running your Stg2 E85 v67A B01D rom and am trying to upgrade to the newest version of your tune to correct some knock I observed leading to IAM reduction to .76/.88 on occasion. Also, P291A CEL on occasion. (Bank1 AFR inbalance? GS intake causing this, turned it off in RR?)

Openflash manager is saying that the v80 version is not compliant. I copied changed tables in the change log in romraider to make it into a B01D version. Right?

Thank you!

If you get IAM drop on E85, you have a serious hardware problem or different hardware (example: intake spacers) that you need to customize the tune for. You'll knock as much on a later version. You shouldn't drop IAM on E85, period.

+1 on on what @Wayno said.

Dont ever turn off cel codes when you dont know what the issue is. Those codes are their to warn you of serious problems

You likely have an intake leak or an exhaust leak , 02 sensor or maf problem etc

have a look at your long term fuel trims and your "commanded afr" against AFR (measured by 02 sensor)

That code means their is a large imbalance between what the AFR the ECU is asking for and what the 02 sensor reading is.

If your getting knock as well its likely running way lean.

as wayno said it likely a hardware issue highly unlikely to be tune related unless you missed/altered some tables like Port injector scaling or Direct Injector fuel pressure target tables or your running a petrol tune on E85

Sorry I can't help you out without spent about an hour double and triple checking my copy and paste skills lol. There should be a decent link in another thread on how to copy tables between tunes in RomRaider. It's just tedious AF

I swapped over most of Wayno's modified tables. I didn't do the warmup ones as the noise doesn't bother me and my neighbors are already awake when I'm starting my car.
The response feels "crisper", I guess is the word. My question is, since Wayno wrote these tables for the lousy fuel he has available, and out here on the east coast of the U.S., I have access to good 93 octane fuel, I have to be leaving some power on the table. Which of the timing tables should I swap back, or is it that simple?

I haven't gone through it, but I would start by identifying the tables that are different in Shiv OTS 91 vs 93. I don't know how to "Wayno" them

Before you change anything you should familiarise yourself with the differences in the OTS tunes by comparing:
91 vs 93
EL vs UEL
Stg1 vs Stg2
petrol vs E85
The answers to most of these questions would be obvious after that.
