First and foremost, my intent is not to highjack your thread. Second some of the most experienced and champion SCCA autocross drivers in the NW attend this group's autocross session to train, ask Tom a 4 time national champion.... My suggestions is that you will drive 3 hours for four runs and pay $65 bills. If you going to run time only or go for fun SCCA is challenged to offer the most runs for the experience. SCCA is bar none the best competative sport car association in the country and offers excellent training. With that said, my intent is not to poop poop on your thread, but to offer an alternative. Do you want $10 per run or $1 per run....

Regardless you can't go wrong with a SCCA event.

given that this ENTIRE thread is to ORGANIZE A SPECIFIC EVENT, i'd say you're well out of line even posting about another club/event here. start a new thread. we all love $1 runs... but that's not for this thread.

hey i'm all for more autocross, but you aren't doing yourself or the organization you are representing at this time any favors by posting what you are in this thread.

No thread hijacking and I am not associated via attending a few autocross events nor consider myself a person that represents them. Am I out of line, most definitely... Pardon the interruption.

Back on topic...

We already have enough people to make the provisional class happen!!! Just looking for more people to make the cruise portion more fun and the racing portion more competitive!

I'll be talking with the novice chief to have extra instructors available for anyone that wants help while driving the course or just wants general advice.

I'm also going to be setting up a special paddock area with a scenic background for everyone to take photos.

Nope. You do need to fill out a weekend membership form if you want to ride as a passenger with anyone though. We just write spectator on the top of those and they don't cost you anything.

I can add you to the "other" list if you'd like?
