I'll plug race chrono for Android + Bluetooth dongle + gps dongle + gopro if you want more angles.
Works great. Edit: I'll add that the developer is very responsive to suggestions, which is nice. |

I agree with Mike and some of the others in that the AIM Solo-DL is the best option if you want professional logging and analysis software for a reasonable price. Even my friend who set mine up for me was shocked at how good it was compared to his full AIM Dash setup. It uses the same software and the GPS satellite ping is great and that was never the case with the phone base systems I tried. Plus if you can log your Hydra EMS data, CAN, or OBD to expand on your driving analysis.
I do use Race Render for $49 with a Gopro and found it nice to use. Not Smarty CAM easy but I have 3 Gopros so I just deal. |

Another vote for the AIM Solo DL.
We created the Spec86 Cup series this year and are requiring data from all competitors. We settled on the AIM system due to the ease of use combined with the low cost of ownership. If anyone is interested in an AIM system we do offer a discount for FT86Club members! -mike |
