My bad. Edited the post above with the correct rates.

Also How they perform if you bump up the spring rates without a revalve. Thanks!
Would like to know the same too as I'm interested in a higher rear rate e.g. 6k/7k.

When I swapped springs to 380lb f/425lb rear, Ohlins said that change in spring rates over 20-30% requires revalving

Low speed/load ride quality before and after the revalve?

I would say "before and after spring change", because I had them rebuilt so they checked everything - not sure how much valving adjustment was needed - pretty similar to stock 343lb springs on the street, slightly stiffer over bumps at low speed but smoother than before at 60-125mph. I run them on a pretty soft setting on the street (-18 clicks from full hard) and -11 on ax/track. The change helped with car rotation in slower corners on ax and track, easier to get slip but not loose. -3f/-2.5r camber.

Also I'd like to as the owners of these dampers about the damping quality at low speeds (20~45MPH). How is the ride quality over small bumps and undulating road surfaces? Also How they perform if you bump up the spring rates without a revalve. Thanks! @mav1178 @Dezoris @Racecomp Engineering
Very good high piston speed valving...these ride well. Our change in springs put them at the edge of the standard valving but it was still very good.

The Ohlins feel fine at low speeds, I would caution you to not read too much into small bumps/broken road surface feel because a lot of that is dictated by the tires you run.

Case in point:

Ohlins + Falken RT615K = feels like shit due to stiff sidewall
Ohlins + Toyo T1 Sport = very smooth, heavy touring-car like feel
Ohlins + Hankook RS3 = soft sidewall, not as soft as T1 Sport but definite change from Azenis
Ohlins + Falken FK453 = very smooth

YMMV.

Yeah I ran mine at 450/450 and was running Pirelli Trofeo R's in 235/40-18. This is a MASSIVE sidewall and I immediately went up 3 clicks stiffer front and rear. At that point I will say it felt VERY GOOD. More like a Ohlins TTX to be honest, but that was primarily the extra sidewall that made low speed compression feel "beautiful". I called it "instant" low speed damper adjustment ! ( "just add water" 3 ways ) lol

I see you're in Hong Kong and not the US, but if you're interested:

Thanks. So that answers my question. I'll need to talk to the local distributor.

Hey y'all, have had 4 track days this season already so I decided to get my car up on the hoist and check the compression and rebound on the coilovers to make sure that they still respond well to adjustments.

Fronts seem to be fine but I found that my rear driver side seemed slightly easier to compress than passenger side (Granted, I left everything installed on the rear and just pushed the tire upward and gauged the movement as well as effort required - I know the spring and endlink provide resistance but it should be balanced?).

Anyway, was curious as they have only been installed for 4 track days about about 4K miles. Could the seals already be wearing?

Thanks!

I seriously wonder if they even check the dampers for uniformity on a dyno after assembly on these "lower end" shocks. I'm thinking they just assemble with the specified shim-stack then box them up without checking.

@solidONE I would hope so but you might be right haha. If that's the case, how will you ever know when it's time for rebuild? Only if it leaks?

I know the "higher-end" stuff many racers will have a rebuild interval once every season or maybe every other season depending on their situation. Maybe shoot them an email. 4K is not a lot of miles on these. Plus I recall they advertise a 1 or 2 year warranty, so maybe this is "warranty-able" I hear Ohlins has very good service.
