That's what I think too. I just want to know if other Canadian owners actually have this option or it's my adapter.

You can pull up your hand brake ever so slightly and it will turn them off or remove the bulbs?

You could remove/disconnect the resistor and that should do it.

^^ this. Under the front bumper (passenger side) there is a small access panel. Remove the cover and you'll be able to see it. I believe it's a brown plug. You will need to jack the front end up though.

IF someone is new to MT.. then get in the car and obtain, "...length of time..." with your rig so you can keep your eyes on the road and not the dashboard.

Yes, thanks. I found that out from another thread before. I was able to reach in without jacking up.

The reason for my first post was that I want to make everyone aware that on a 2015 Canadian FR-S the option for DRL disable is not present in Carista.

If you prop up the hood you can clean the area where the wipers rest completely without dislocating your wrist.

Before lifting the hood, to prevent damage, ensure the wipers are down.

If you put a custom-made intake on the car, you can make 221whp N/A.

S-Off = Tachometer needle will not move when car is started.

Also, if you're in a BRZ Limited then you will need to set the alarm manually if the dealership did not do it for you:
1) Get in the car
2) press the start/stop button two times, with makes the car to be in the start position (all your dash lights light up)
3) Lock the car with the physical button on the door
4) Press the unlock button on the door and open the door while still pressing the unlock door button.
5) Still pressing the unlock button, wait about 10 seconds, the car will beep once for activated and twice for deactivated and the information panel in the cluster will say either "AL on" or "AL off"
Lifesaver bro, apparently the dealership didn't do it on my HyperBlue. I live in a sketchy neighborhood good to know I have an alarm now. A truck on the street behind me had their windows broken..it was a regular truck as well.

That would suck having some crappy 75mph warning LOL. Thats the legal speed limits of most the freeways I drive here lol. I would hate that and I would find away to get rid of it or by pass it. WTF 75mph, thats normal cruise speed on the way to work
