Finally decided on a new of wheels for summer...Went with TSW Interlagos 17x8+35 on the Michelin Super Sports 225/45/17

Ride feels great. Nice quick acceleration and stickier tires mean better handling. Not too many great pics for now but these will do

Installed chrome badges (since the Grazio matte black badges chipped like crazy) and fog lights...

DRL led strip looked good but offered 0% functionality so decided to switch it up to get a little more light on the road.

Hey Tiz, did you ever put together a DIY for this install? I know you were having some trouble when you installed the Valenti tail lights, but got that sorted.

I have the Rydeen Duo installed with my Subaru OEM Head Unit (Fujitsu Ten), but am considering getting a Pioneer NEX when the CarPlay stuff comes out. Would be interested in a DIY on the Rydeen Duo install into a Pioneer HU, figuring it would likely be similar?

Otherwise, if you don't have a DIY, can you summarize for me? Keep in mind, I already have the camera installed and wires run to the OEM HU. So I guess I just need to know, would the Rydeen Duo RCA cable plug right into the back of the Pioneer HU, and then I just have to figure out how to power it? And how to signal that I'm in reverse, or is that taken care of in the RCA connection?

You are correct about how it plugs into the head unit - yellow RCA cable.

To power the camera, I first tapped into my amp power wire (under mat of trunk) - but like you saw...the valenti reverse/3rd brake light must have been too much for the rear of the car or something because it just stopped working. Switched the power source to the 12v connector in the glovebox - works again.

To trigger reverse, there should be a third wire on your reverse cam (mine was purple I think) and that's the trigger wire. You'll need to tap that into a wire under the driver side steering wheel...There's pictures of it on this forum in other reverse cam DIYs but let me know if you can't find it and I'll take a pic for you

Also installed Winjet headlights w/ black housing. Paired them with some Morimoto XB35 H7 bulbs
