I have the air lift digital kit on mine. Has about 500 miles. Have any of you issues with squeaking from the bags? Nothing is rubbing - trust me I've spend a week taking stuff and inspecting. Tonight I rubbed talc on everything which didn't make a difference at all. It mostly does it once it's warmed up. The drive to work isn't that bad on the squeak. But home it's almost undrivable.

Parked I can air front up and down and squeaks almost the whole way down and only really at the top of the stroke in the front. I've tried help from air lift but I've gotten nothing (not a bit) from them.

Any ideas? I'm about to pull the kit off and trade it for race land coilovers at this point.

You don't want them. This is airing out. Up is similar but not as bad. Driving is constant. Haha

I hope that works. I've never used that site before.

That sounds unbearable. Have you tried unplugging the fuse to see if the sound is caused by a leak? It should stay at your normal ride height even with the pump unplugged. Drive around a bit and see if it sags. That sounds just like a whistley leak.

I don't think it's a leak. The bags don't lose pressure overnight. This is driving. I actually hate driving my car now.

I don't know the cause, and I have minimal experience with bags.

It is interesting that the squeak exists at any position up and down the stroke. That seems like a critical clue.

Some people have reported the bushings causing squeaks, especially on setups that lower the car significantly. When you installed everything, did you tighten the control arm and strut mount to full torque with the car raised or lowered?

When everything is disassembled, can you find any corrosion or sticking in the strut mount?

Referencing the frsproject calculator... I've found running wheel/tire simulations for Airlift bag fitment needs to be <255mm distance from the Front fender boundary in the calculator. If you drag your cursor to the inner most edge of the wheel/tire(whichever is inset more) and jot down the X: value (eg: 285mm) and subtract the X: value of the fender edge (eg:30mm), you get the distance from the inner fender to the inside furthest point of your wheel/tire.

The gentleman from a previous post was running a 17x9et48 wheel with 245/40 and making contact with his bags. His measurement from the calculator was 258mm.

Diirk's current setup with a 5mm spacer yields a dimension of 255 just barely clearing his bags. Going to a narrower tire would help slam without bag contact.

I know this isnt real world and this method of getting dimensions and measurements is just to get someone in the ballpark. Im trying to fit 19x9.5et35 on 215/35 and according to the calculator I should be fine to comfortably fit bags with a dimension of 248mm.

Hope this helps somebody.

I know this is an older post but,
Running a 245/40r17 on a 17x9.5 et 38
The inner edge of my tire is at 275
The fender is at 35
275-35=240
So since 240<255 I should fit ok
Am I getting that right?

Yes sir. Looks like it should fit fine. Let us know how fitment is in real world.

Still haven't had a chance to put it on a alignment rack, or lift I can see the suspension compressed. But on the preset adjustments I can fit a small stack of papers between the front tire and bag aired out.

I plan on doing 5mm spacers and studs all the way around.

I had a couple small leaks I had to take care of but other than that The kit is great, it can fit my 245/40R17 and I can now go pssssshhhhhhhh.

Looking on your website I'm not sure the difference between the kits, is there some sort of infographic or matrix that shows what you get with which kit? Example - you don't get a digital gauge with manual kit but you would with the others (I have no clue if that's true)
