Quick oft question

I bought the oft a while back when the 1.0 maps were on it. I then updated to the all new 2.0 maps. I havent seen anything for a bit concerning any new maps and was wondering if anyone could enlighten me. Are there any new major map updates? Meaning big changes or have there just been minor tweaks; specifically looking for any more power increases. Thanks.

I believe if you open the zip file, there is a document that has all the revisions for each map from v1.xx to v2.xx. @Shiv@Openflash

if you are updated to somewhere between v2.03 - v2.06 then there are no major changes -- the only differences has been increased compatibility with various foreign ECUs.

OP if it's ok, I'm going to steal you thread for a second. I have a few quick questions.
1. Why is their a folder named v2.07xml(use these for edit)?
2. When I tried to open the rom AO1C.xml from that folder, rom raider gives me an error. (ECU definition)
3. I noticed my original stock rom (AO1C)that I downloaded from my OFT to save on my computer ends in I believe .ori. Is that normal?
4. If I wanted to disable the cold start valve overlap on my V2.0x Stage 1 tune, do I modify that specific '.bin' and safe it as a new file name? Then load that onto the OFT?

Sorry if I'm dumb but I figured I'd ask before I brick something.
Thanks!

I think I just talked to you on the phone. So I'll try to help a bit more here so it's in writing for you to reference.
1) The XML folder includes all the current XML files used for all the current off-the-shelf maps
2) You are getting an error when you try to open the stock ROM because there are no XMLs added to the RomRaider Definition File manager. You'll need to go through that to add your XML file to RomRaider. So this means you will need to locate the XML folder you downloaded from the website and then navigate through the RomRaider Definition File manager to find it, select the desired XML and then press Apply and then Save. From that point onwards you should be able to open and view your ROM.
3) Yes, all original files from the OFT are saved in .ori format. Functionality it is the same as .bin files. You can even change ".ori" to ".bin" to match the format of all the other OTS map files.
4) Yes, that is exactly correct.
