No IC, E85 70mm pulley and 700cc injectors.

I like the 335 so maybe after things settle down getting a new job. Mike speaks very highly of it.

If your gonna bum me that spare bike... you know im fucking down as fuccckkkkk :P

Otherwise it will be after I pick up my fixed gear for downtown commute... and after the FRS gets its next major overhaul. =x

So they don't think the cruise control stock breaking off is covered by warranty.... seriously? I swear both Toyota Dealerships in town and I seem like we are really not going to get along.

Sounds like a load of BS to me. HTF can the CC stalk breaking off NOT be covered under bumper to bumper?? That's an item you're supposed to be able to use as much as you want. I'd be running that one up their chain of command.

Opened a complaint with Scion Corporate they couldn't figure out how without seeing the car they could even make that claim... I was just as confused by it as well.

Make sure to have some Belgian Trappist-style ales! I'm in love with Belgian Dubbels and Tripels.

@nelsmar promised me sexual favors if I gave him one of my bottles of Westvleteran XII.

No quads? Try a Rochefort 10. You'll never look back.

*EDIT: I didn't see your mention of the Westvleteren the first time I read it... well played, though the Rochefort 10 scores equally and sometimes better in ratings, slightly higher ABV, and my personal favorite...

I love Rochefort 10. All of those are good. I got a bottle of Duvel and one of Chimay Red last night. I haven't had either in a while. The Duvel is okay; I drank that last night. The Red I remember liking but not as much as the Blue.

Word. I declined his measly offer. He's gonna have to seriously put out for the Westy!

Now this is funny, the dealership I had issues with and we have legal involved said it's under warranty they just have to get it in the shop look it over then order the parts.
I just don't get it but at least it's being handled it seems.

As for beers you guys are making new want to get a drink now...

Nope scratch that, I didn't want to come here but it's where Scion Corporate wanted me to and low and behold everything was fine they quoted me 2-2.5hrs just to check it out and then suddenly about 10 minutes later someone else comes up and say's he is now dealing with me and they want 99.95 to look at it because the car is modified and it will take 6hrs.

I asked how you modify the cruise control stalk or even the steering column and at that point it became 3 managers all trying to give the same pitch yet no one could tell me how you modify a cruise control stalk to fall off the steering wheel.
They asked if I was so sure why not authorize it and if it's not my fault they will handle it, I asked why it went from 2-2.5hrs to now 6hrs and they said because it's my vehicle. I asked for a clear cut definition of what could be modified because obviously there was a bias here and the only response was "Well if the screws show markings of it being apart" I was fine with that as I knew it had not been but when I asked them to clarify that would be the sign then suddenly it could be anything that caused it and my car was modified...

Basically it became clear they wanted 100 to find an excuse to claim it was because I had put in the new engine and we were in the middle of a legal battle. No one had a good way I could have modified the cruise control stalk physically to cause a failure and frankly I just got to deal with arguing over something that when I went in was as simple as "Oh yeah that's under warranty let's fix it" to "Oh it's you... yeah no"

Now back to dealing with corporate but I have to say I really hope they do not force me to go back there, not that Desert has seemed much better but frankly this is just nuts I mean seriously it's a cruise control stalk what do you think I did stacked weights on it?

hopefully /rant

Oh well I found a stalk on eBay for 19.90 shipped I am just going to handle it myself, not worth the aggravation when I can get one that cheap and deal with it myself.
