Track being close is awesome, any drastic elevation changes throughout the course?

But I won't be there for another 3 months, I'll have a little time before winter hits. Need to look into buying or renting a house... Requirements being: driveway without a speed bump for a curb or crazy inclines, 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, not in the hood, not around a bunch of military members.
If you want elevation change, you can come south to ORP. ~400ft of elevation change per lap

i lived in spokane for my last year of high school and through college. There are some seriously fun roads. I can vouch for zero traffic lol.

47°35'15.2"N 117°23'54.5"W

the start/end of a great road. Recommend doing a sighting pass first, check for any sleeping policemen.

Well not much, there's some but it's a pretty fast track. Turn 1 has a major bump that actually makes some cars briefly airborne before they need to hammer on the brakes for Turn 2. Like Decay says.. you want to wrestle an aligator, then you want to go to Oregon Raceway Park in Grass Valley.

SRP is a fun and fairly modest course.

It used to be ranked one of the highest in terms of 1/4 mile speed because of the elevation.

If you are working out at fairchild then you will probably want to live in airway heights because it makes the most economical sense. Although if you have kids (or are planning on raising kids here) I must say airway heights is not a good enviroment.. Very few kids that start in airway end up graduating highschool in cheney. But this might all not matter lol

My point is airway kind be kind of sketchy even in the new housing developments. A lot of hoodlem wanna be gang bangers always roaming around.. I was very happy when I moved away from there. The Gieger area is very nice. Although I guess it depends on if you want to live in a city or out in the boonies. or in between! lol just make sure when you find something to run it by a local here. There are a lot of places that are to be avoided like the plague i.e. hillyard, west spokane, lower south hill, ect ect.

And finally welcome! It will be nice to have another 86er around

Thanks this is a great post for me... I have a daughter, & my son will be here likely every other school year. I've lived in some rough areas coming up and rather not have to use my guns lol... BTW I need to look into gun laws there and if my CC is valid there

If not, go to the court house down town and pay $54 for the CPL. No classes need to be taken.

Oregon does not reciprocate, but Idaho does (I'm pretty sure).

So if you want to carry when you're down in Oregon, then you'll need to do their class and get a permit there as well.

Welcome to the area. I'm about 3 hours north. I'm pretty much on the border. Spokane is a great area. If you want a good scenic drive, head north of Colville. The rivers beautiful and the roads twisty.

Gun laws aren't too bad around here. No bans on anything except short barreled shotties, machine guns and I think destructive devices. We do have a universal background check law though. It was initiative 594. Believe me when I say there's almost no compliance with it. Welcome to the area.
