Just throwing out other options.

Could I ask you to post pictures of it as you install it and once it is installed? I've been looking at the same hoist but would need to make some changes to my garage floor to be sure I have a stable base to bolt the two sides to, not really sure my garage slab is thick enough to take the anchors.

Here you go. Its been sitting waiting for holes to be drilled as I can't find a 7/8" concrete bit and my contractor is taking forever on another job before he comes back to finish.

You also have a Miata! That's awesome an amazing car!!!

The BMW is cool, especially in the red color, just I owned a BMW, and I wasn't happy with the reliability

Actually recently purchased that miata from another brz owner. Have secret plans for it... K24.... Okay not so secret.

Props to my wife for not yelling at me for filling the new garage with toys before even moving the family into the house!

Just like what I did last summer! In preparation for a hoist. My ceiling is 11.5ft tall, which will give me about 5'11 under a stock height FR-S.

BEFORE:

AFTER
Even without the hoist the garage feels so much bigger just due to this... would highly recommend for EVERYONE to do it!
