exactly, and the pictures posted of the borla collector showed that it's not any better than this CNT collector.

I would think that on a low HP car like these that any gains you may see between a merge collector and a standard collector would be diluted by the exhaust system that comes along behind it. I like the fit and finish of the merge style collector, but don't know if the gains are worth the money. At least to me anyway. A 3-5 HP increase in HP @ 7000 RPM(just a guess) is something you're never going to feel in a 2900 lb. car.

I'm bone stock but am surprised to see those pictures. The differences seen would be incremental but if I were to go down the header route the collector would be one of the first things I'd inspect. Just my $0.02.
