It was down to the IS350 and the FR-S when picking my last company car. I chose the FR-S because of the stick. A coworker has the IS350 F sport and it is a damn fine car. I figured that I had a chance to get something small and dumb, so I took it. No regrets!

I think they look ok right now, but too many lines and it just looks busy. It may look like utter shit in a few years, I wouldn't consider this a "time-less" design.

For the price, I think there are so many better options out there. Depends what you are looking for.

My mistake, forgot about the rc.

The gs and ls and boring to me and both rear ends are plain.

I think the RC is hideous. Especially in the front.

Just got back from California and those IS's are everywhere (especially LA)! I love how they look in person. IMO, lines flow well!

Agreed, the ATS, 3, C, A4 look so staid compared to the IS. The lack of a 6MT was the only thing that keeps it from being the obvious choice, IMO.

The new IS is bigger and heavier than its predecessor and to make it worse they stopped making the ISF.

I loved the first two generation IS but now they are too big so that is why it was off my list when I purchased my last car.
