Check out my build thread too. It's old and this is the first time I've been back on here but I'm sure there's still relevant info in it.

I had an issue with the stock OP. I ended up removing my frontpipe. Installed the overpipe to the downpipe and then connected them to the frontpipe/rest of the exhaust.

Did exactly that, and added in some Ultra Copper RTV as well lol. Problem solved. There is definitely fitment issues with the downpipe though. Thanks guys I appreciate it

I take that last post back, within 1 day the damn thing started leaking again. I gave up all hope and dropped it off at a nearby speed shop to have it inspected and the exhaust manifold is indeed defective. The bends are off by a few degrees and the flange isn't flat, causing the downpipe and the whole exhaust to flex against each other. I have very good luck with stuff like this, so of course it's Saturday and now waiting to hear back about sending the piece back to have a new one returned.

Bought it brand new, phone ordered through Full Blown themselves. I had heard of stuff like this happening on the AVO kit and a few others, but that was like 2+ years ago when they were first releasing. I just don't get how that gets passed inspection.

Well you can add me to the list. I started the car for the first time today, but it didn't go as hoped. The car isn't getting enough fuel I'm not sure if it's the pump or the fact that the belt sawed into the maf sensor a little bit. Is there a way to check and see which it is?

I had fitment issues with the downpipe as well, and trying to force it made me fuck up the threads on my turbo housing. Be careful of that if it doesn't fit properly, my turbo had to be taken to a machine shop to be fixed properly
