The Canadian FRS 1.0 RS didn't come with TRD springs like the US model. Those are stock FRS springs.

Sadly, you are correct. Still a good deal though. My car has over 73,000 kms on it, and I will be needing some of those parts before too long. It's always good to have spares.

The parts are very clean (I don't even think this car saw rain yet before they were removed), and as advertised, except for the TRD springs, but we knew that going in.

Hate to say this guys, but just because this vehicle was adorned with TRD accessories from factory, doesn't mean that the black springs shown in the images above are TRD springs.

As a matter of fact, only the USA model came lowered out of the box. Due to limitations here in Canada, the RS 1.0 was not offered lowered, although someone could opt to add them as a dealer installed option should they choose. The TRD lowering springs are also red, not black. So what you have above is simply a very low mileage set of stock springs.

Sorry.

If you re-read the post you quoted (and the one above that), I stated that I am aware that they are not TRD springs. I was hoping at first that they were, but no matter...there's a lot of OEM parts there that I (or a friend) may need at some point. This will save me a bunch of cash VS buying them new. Is that your car that the springs are pictured on? How do you like them?

I don't have the springs installed on my car but we have one at work with them. No complaints from drivers on the car and it seems to be plenty low. Probably a great option for those looking to improve the looks and mildly update performance while maintaining factory warranty support.
