I'd probably choose depending if OTS or individual tune with dyno. For former - tune first, to get in simple way slight gains since very beginning even with stock everything, for later - to save on dyno runs/retunings on complete individual tune with all aftermarket exhaust bits installed. Of course, that's in case of Ecutek. With OFT you can get & use free OTS tunes right away. Pitty though, that majority of tuning shops are ecutek only.

Man !! I didn't know it's this difficult
I might just work my way up to the headers instead ugh make it a full exhaust and see how the tone changes ..damn sensors and tune lol starting off with front pipe
