I own a Q300 and am happy about it.
You also must consider the asthetic appeal of the exhausts. The Q300 has thicker walls for the rounded tips. The N1 looks larger because it looks like it has much thinner walls for the rounded tips. In summary, Q300 looks more OEM and N1 looks more aftermarket. |

I love my perrin resonated 2.5inch, even fully catless the exhaust is still quiet at idle. nice rumble when cruising around and just screams like a banshee when you're on her over 5500 rpm. I've been happy with the exhaust when it was my only mod. loved it even more when i added a catless resonated front pipe and have eargasms everyday when driving with my current set up. IMO the n1 sounds loud and cheap and i know they drone on the freeway, but a lot of people have them and love them. its really up to your personal tastes.
