Ok it looks rearly nice but also looks expensive, two questions
What is final cost estimated to be What power gains on NA or boosted car could be expected ie what sort of hp\dollar are you looking at On an NA car everyone seems to be maxing out at about 35whp or so gain ( about 205-210wHp a dynojet) , probably cause your just maxed out on volumetic efficiency at the 7600 or so rpm you can spin a stock motor to with safety. On a boosted car you could probably just wind up the boost a couple of psi ?? to achieve gain. Im guessing this is aimed at the high end NA build guy who is going to spend large sums on building an NA motor that will hopefully hang togeather at 8500 or something ? steve99: there might be another potential bit which would matter to me a lot, - if gains from this stack up with other installed bolt-on gains? This might be expensive, this might be not too much hp/buck .. but if it would allow +10hp above 35hp by other mods .. imho it would matter a lot.

Definitely agree. It looks wonderful but extremely expensive. I mean hell the full blown one is already a grand.

![]() They are manifold ports. The 3 small ones accept 1/2" and 3/8" barb to -6AN ORB fittings. The larger is a crossover hose that will equalize any variation between the two plenums. To those who are thinking about the dollar amount only. Please keep in mind this is a prototype that was made modular so we can test a multitude of configurations to come out with the best intake manifold we can. Everyone is guessing at best what this will cost, ourselves included. Thanks, Eric |

The full blown intake manifold has been completed and no claims\dyno results yet makes me wonder if intake manifolds will only be of benifit to those who have other components such as heads cams larger valves that need a intake manifold that flows more and\or are prepared to spin their motors way past the stock redline, and deal with the issues associated with that at even more expense. However its good to see poeple such a velox ect go to the time and expense to develop and try out such products. If not one did this we would have nothing. |

steve99: also noticing another possible value rise - even if gains don't stack up too favorably with fully modded twins w. header/catback/intake .. i hope to see anything else that may rise output on level of aftermarket header gains for all cases where owners live in stricter inspection rules countries/states, making header or even catless header swap no-no.
But yes, just like with many other parts for this platform, where stock being relatively very efficient (intake/airbox for example, heard also good words about stock header design), there is high possibility of gains showing up as too little for too much cost and not stackable. I sincerely hope that will not be the case, as i wish twins to have even more performance upgrades designed for them that will rise power while staying NA. |

This is what I love. Eric is putting in the time and effort, the products look great, and I'm sure he's learning along the way. This is super hard to find and to be honest, watching the development is endearing. I hope this turns out well of course!

I'd say a little over $1000. FMB intake is about $1,000. I think $1,200
