I have no helmholtz, coated, with the original nameless 2.5" catback. Had both a track pipe and their axelback, tuned by Moto-East, no rasp on my end. Sounds amazing.

If you bought it from nameless, they will retrofit the new ball style on for you. You just have to send them a video of the noise and ship it back. It doesn't 100% fit the issue but I'd say it fixes it about 80%.

Just wanna pop in and mention how happy I am with mine. I've had it on for over a year now, used for about 8-10 track days. The huge boost in mid range power is very usefull for drifting. Sounds great too. Turned torque dip into torque mountain. Here's a couple clips from most recent drift day (last week).
[ame]http://youtu.be/FnhPKEGfwxY[/ame] [ame]http://youtu.be/PkLwGSw7iXI[/ame] Supporting mods are Nameless 3" downpipe and Nameless Test Pipe (stock midpipe). Tuned w/ Ecutek on E85. Also, this is in Colorado, elevation is at 5400ft. Had a chance to drive it in Texas last year and it hauled ass

Any tips on the new header install? Having a real hard time getting it to fit in between the oil dipstick and the fans. Scratched up a bit of the coating
ugh! Had someone above the engine bay trying to guide it up, too, still got stuck in several places, like the engine pulley. Help pls

I have a quick question and I can't find the answer to it. This a pretty big thread.
Is the Nameless EL header compatible with the Vortech V2 or V3 kit? Will I have fitment issues? Thank you in advance. |
