Well I am disappointed. I was expecting body colour matched valve stem covers. Not getting my trade up without them Toyota!

The silver trim looks exactly the same as my 2015 GT86's trim. I don't get what's new about it. Is the FRS a bit behind?

Very excited and happy with the mild additions. Being my first new car waiting seems to have benefitted me. Thank you Tada-san for a great car!!!

To avoid any confusion here is the OFFICIAL press release by Scion to eventually be misinterpreted and torn to shreds by those that have an issue with facts..lol'

Also the new interior bits added.

It's safe to speculate that production ends after 2016. Or maybe it's just the calm before the storm? However, can't complain with my '13 still 99% just as good!

Why do companies think silver trim looks good? I think it looks cheap. I'd rather things be all black.

Oh great! Now the click bait blogs will read this and are going to all say "Industry insider states this is the last year!"

The whole idea of what looks "cheap" is such a subjective subject anyway. One of the biggest critic statements is that the interior seems "cheap". To me it looks just fine. Not sure what it takes for some to think it looks "upscale". Maybe the finest ebony wood for the dash, pure gold trim on the dials and controls, all unicorn leather for the seats, hand woven antique Persia carpets and shift knobs made from hand carved ivory?
