So the rear tire is taller? I think it contributes to the look, really looks awesome!
Which set of wheels does your speedo run from? Rear? Curious if it threw your speedo/odo off? |

I think its the rear for speedo. Its off by a little bit (2mph at 60)...so I'm really going 62mph, but car says 60mph. Not really a big deal for me, plus I'm not "stock" so the slight negative gearing change by running the wrong size tire isnt a huge deal to me. |

So far, you and I are the only ones on this forum I've seen running 17" Forgestar F14 wheels. There's a couple on F14F Forgestars, and a bunch on 18's...I almost went with 18's too. |

I'm not typically a fan of silver twins, but yours really looks fantastic. Perfect ride height and fantastic wheels. Very nice work.

I'm normally not a fan of silver cars myself, but the twins in Silver actually look pretty good. The ride height he's at is the perfect lowered-but-daily-friendly level. |

Thanks guys, I'm on RCE Yellows so about 3/4" lowered. It feels close to stock in most cases except one dip I hit on the commute is a tad harsh.
I'm usually not a silver car guy either, but on this car I really like how it shows the lines and nuances of the design. I went with the 17" F14 because as you said the ability to customize as you wish, price is reasonable (especially for that level of customization), and wanted to keep the weight at or below stock even while adding width. I'll try to get some more pics. I haven't had a lot of time lately to get out and drive to good spots to do so. |

Are those with spacers? I'm thinking about getting 25mm wheel spacers for all four on 235/40/18 tires.
Wondering if the spacers are really needed or will the 235's be wide enough for that flush look. Also note that for now, I'm on stock suspension.

Like you said, the triple threat of price, weight and customization options are killer with these wheels. If I was more brave, I would've gone for a crazy color haha. |

What wheels are you getting(well, more specifically what size/offset)? 25mm is a pretty big spacer, imo. Done right, you can certainly have a flush look with 235 tires. |

I would ask around on the "will this fit" forum area or check out the threads/links here so you can see various wheel sizes and what it looks like. You might even find the wheels you're looking to pick up. My post HERE has photos of my 18x9 +40 with 245/40/18 on stock suspension, which was fairly flush. |
