Lol. If you're considering going the body shop route for a full bumper repaint...

You can forget about a perfect match. This pearl color is nearly impossible to match... and toyota/subaru's paint codes DON'T HELP. We used their paint codes and it came out a completely different shade... took about 3 tries trial and error until it looked like it matched somewhat... until you look at it in the sun...

ridiculous... pearl white is still my favorite color but god forbid someone hits me again where i have to repaint...

Lol! The outer plastic part you're thinking of is actually called the bumper cover. The bumper is the metal structure underneath that absorbs impact in the event of an accident.

Yes. As long as your black plastic things are still intact (where the bumper meets the reverse lights and tow hook)
