I definitely notice the following behaviors since I bought my FR-S late last year...

- The obnoxious Civics (mentioned earlier in this thread). What's up with that? Constantly zooming past just to get ahead of me. I think just the look of an FR-S is a challenge to them. 100% of tricked-out Civics demonstrate this behavior.

- The "race me bro'" dudes. I've had a few. Most notably was an S2000 that just wouldn't piss-off. He kept side-by-side with me revving his engine on the Baltimore beltway. Eventually, he just floored it and flew off. A**hole. Also, high-end BMW's can't stand to drive behind my FR-S. They frantically do anything to get in front. I happily let them do that. Must fill some inner need that they are lacking.

- Performance Subie's just hang back. WRX's tend to come up and respectfully keep their distance and don't challenge. Maybe just looking? Maybe some sibling respect?

I just lol, bump some Buffalah soldya and keep on ridin'

Had UPS guy tailgate me, then he half passed me on left yesterday0, then I noticed he was just taking pics of car not racing.

Swap for Toyota emblems and it'll increase lol More spectators and more racers in my experience.

You're gonna get all kinds of responses or none at all. Enjoy the positives and ignore the negatives. A guy in a heavily modded Z just about killed himself getting past me and turning off in the space of a block the other day.

LOL You really think the .002% of the general population that cares about the emblems makes that big a difference?

The whole "I badged as Toyota because it is better" thing means we can't even respect ourselves and if we can't get mutual respect between 86 owners I think it is very optimistic to expect it from everybody else.
