February? Dealer wont do anything.

They hardly wanna do anything if it happens that day, let alone after it leaves their lot

I didn't notice the February part. How would you or they even know it was done by them? A pile of things could have happened between then and now. If you don't point something like that out right away they won't do squat! I know if I was a dealer I would very politely but firmly tell you to go pound salt after this period of time.

Dealer shops have liability insurance so if pics were taken by the manager then the liability is on them. The fact he took a picture is undeniable proof. I'd do something right away.

The fact he took a picture proves nothing. Pictures can be used against a claim as well as in favour of it. Besides a picture of damage taken in April that you claim was caused in February is meaningless regardless who takes it.

Thanks for the clarity I thought it was a close up of a strawberry or something.

Yes the damage is visible from above because the it extends the side rocker out. I have paintless dent repair coverage through them so they'll be fixing it regardless.

Several people have tried to get rocker damage fixed through PDR but not one (that I have seen) has been able to find somebody that can actually do it. Something to do with the angles and no access from behind (I am in no way a PDR expert).

Not at all! In fact with all my little dings I wish I had gone for it. What it is no good for (again the qualifier of to the best of my knowledge) is rocker panel damage.

I want to know how this is resolved. I personally know a couple techs there along with the service manager (he used to be my boss lol).

Finally had to contact Scion HQ before they would do anything, so after battling with Scion and the dealer they are finally going to fix it.
