"The more, the merrier" they say, as they awkwardly stare at you.

It comes down to boost or no boost in the end...

Personally I may have enjoyed the WRX just as much, but I didn't even know it was in the same price range at the time of purchase.

besides, BRZ looks better

If you like the boost part of WRX so much, why don't you just boost your BRZ to have both?

As stated above I don't want to put 10k into the Brz. I'd rather use that to get another car on top of the Brz

I get the go kart reference for my car all the time too. My dad actually said that exactly when I told him I wanted the BRZ.
first time driving a boosted car? The WRX fa20dit is a very weak setup given the pricepoint and what it has to power

Respectively speaking the power levels of the outgoing EJ and the new FADIT are a wash.. subi reports a 3hp and 14ftlbs crank increase from the switchover, yet the new '15s are around 60 pounds heavier.

drive the WRX for a few weeks and you'll be like.. shoot this thing is slow.

boost is fun but the butt dyno goes crazy when one watches the boost gauge flutter upwards, along with all the racket and noise associated. I love FI, love my bugeye pushing the limits of its td04 (18 psi), but good lord how stark are the differences in overall driving feel and characteristic, to me and my e-opinion, strike the 86 as a clear winner in that arena

What if you disregard the price and compare it to the sti? That's my next car probably (hopefully as a 2nd one)

This

Take it from me OP. power is a nice thing to have.. but it will never be enough if you keep going down that road. Why do you need power? to be faster than the next guy? trust me there will always be somebody faster. Are those 3-4 seconds of pulling past the other guy really what you bought a car for?
