I got a handful of them one day when I was buying something else. Ask about the washers after you've paid for the filter.

It's too bad they don't have the crush washer in M18 but I'd imagine a non-crush would work just as well.

They all look to be aluminum but that is just a guess. All measurements were made with calipers.
Edit: The crush washers stuck to the magnet on the drain plug so I guess they are not aluminum

Left Image is the diff drain/fill gaskets and they look identical. They are the exact same outer/inner diameter and thickness. They are both crush type washer.

The right image is the transmission fill/drain plug gasket is the same size as the differential gasket but is a flat washer.

After I pull the transmission gasket I will compare the thickness of the used and the new gasket to see if the transmission flat washer did actually "crush".
Edit: The original flat washer was within a 1000th of an inch of the new flat washer so I would guess they are not meant to crush.

When I order the differential crush washers again I will just order two of the same part number instead of two different parts.

Just ordered some generic washers from belmetric.. 4 crush for diff and 4 flat for tranny based on the measurements provided. Total of 11 bucks and thats including the shipping which was $8 lol so the washers turned out to be around $1 a piece. Ill report back on fitment and results after fluid replacement.

Take this with a grain of salt, but the tranny washers seem to be reuseable if the mileage is low and you flip them.

These types of washers typically are good for one torque down per side. If your car is pretty new, many on here have reported reusing the washers with no ill results. I reused and checked at 1k mile increments for the past 5k miles after fluid swap (was 5k miles when swapped on diff and tranny.. now at 10k solid as a rock, no weeping fluids).

If you do reuse, don't forget to flip them

Yeah i normally do that, lol but i flushed the fluids at 1k lol so i can't flip anymore. Thanks though. Just ordered these for kicks, want to see as the dealer ones are a bit expensive for what they are.

they're sooo expensive. Seriously how they get away with calling them a "gasket" and at that $40 pricepoint... get real guys. Post a pic of them when you get 'em?

Quoting myself here to give an update the washers and crush washers i had ordered. Installed these and worked like a charm, just as the expensive oem one. Great fitment and seal on both crush and flat.

I always replace the washers after each fluid change. My subaru dealer hands them out for free anyway as long as I buy something from them during that trip.
