It's a separate purchase through shiv.

I am waiting on a reply from Rob, as to if those of us with a version 1 can just upgrade to the lighter compressor wheel instead of going full V2 since it looks like shiv's new controller would make Robs V2 switch and controller upgrade somewhat redundant.

Think of the procede controller as the switch. You need everything in the v2 upgrade for the performance enhances the v2 has. Everything will still need to be bought from Rob. (Not the procede though as that's through shiv). And mind you not everyone needs the procede "switch".

The procede doesn't replace the controller box. The v2 is more effective in part due to the new internals in the controller box. The procede basically replaces the switch, so all of robs equipment is still being utilized. I need to spend time with family today (since I ditched them for two days) but I will try to knock a couple videos to show what I am talking about.

Just want to clarify that I'll need to upgrade to the v2 kit for the procede?
I currently have the v1 kit with the 1.5 dump pack |

Technically the procede will work with v1 but it would change how to wire it up.

Shiv
If you need an East Coast tester I volunteer. If it can handle the Florida heat humidity and downpours, it can handle anything. |

To answer other questions, the Procede will work (and install) on v1 kits the same way it does on v2 kits. The only difference is that on v1 installs, you need to tap one more wire instead of unplugging the audio jack on the throttle switch and plugging it into the Procede harness. Rob and I have talked about how the Procede fits into the grand scheme of things. If you have an original v1 kits, there may not be a compelling reason to upgrade to v2 controller and v2 compressor as the Procede offers similar improvements to max ramp-up times. This is because it starts moving the compressor earlier in the throttle travel and offers a light-duty pre-spool mode to keep the compressor moving between shifts. The new v2 batteries, however, can be considered a very worthwhile upgrade for existing rev1 users. |
